To generate a screen shot, please proceed as follows:

1. Open your window with the error and press the 'print' key on your keyboard.
2. Open the program "PAINT" from your start menu. Alternatively you can enter "MSPAINT" into the run dialog from your start menu.
3. Click on edit/paste and answer the following question with YES.
4. Save the file as a GIF- or BMP-File on your hard disk.
5. Click on the BROWSE/DURCHSUCHEN button above and choose the saved file.
